We provide clear images for all our products with a full description of material and sizes. Please note colours may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and all measurements are approximate but we cannot guarantee exact colours and measurements.

Delivery

We aim to process all orders  within 2 working days from date of order placed (Monday to Friday). For UK orders please allow 2-4 working days for 2nd class and 9-15 days for international orders from the time of dispatch. Please note due to busy periods orders may take slightly longer.

"She's Got It Covered" is not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the wrong address and refunds will not be issued in such cases. If you missed the delivery it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery with the courier within the stated time period. Any parcels returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or missed delivery/failing to rearrange delivery with courier, the cost of postage will need to be covered by the customer.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons we do not provide refunds or exchange.

In the unlikely event where an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
please email admin@shesgotitcovered.co.uk with details and we will be happy to help. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your products.

You must return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 working days for UK orders and 14 days for international orders from date of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to pay return costs and to ensure the item reaches us in that time scale, we therefore recommend you use recorded delivery service to return your item.

Once we have received the return we will inspect the item, if upon inspection we suspect the item has been used/worn for example there are stains, odours etc. a refund/exchange will not be issued.
