Within the UK
Shipping on all orders is charged at £1.99.

We aim to ship your products within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday - Friday only).

Delivery can take up to 2 - 4 days once shipped. Sometimes more depending on holidays and busy times.

If you need an order urgently, please email admin@shesgotitcovered.co.uk to see if this will be possible.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase.

International Shipping
If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email admin@shesgotitcovered.co.uk to see if this is possible.

Once items are shipped

Once dispatched Royal Mail or Parcel2Go will now be held responsible for delivering your order safely and on time. We will give the tracking number when requested and the customer will be held responsible to contact the service provider regarding all orders.  We will not be held responsible for any damaged packages while in transit.

 

Returns
At She's Got It Covered we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality of products. We provide clear images for all our products with full description. Please note colours may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not provide refunds or exchange.

In the unlikely event where an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
